Scotia Floor Care believes that people that do hardwood floor refinishing should be properly trained to do the job right.  Therefore, we are trained and certified by the National Wood Flooring Association for the repair, replacement and installation for hardwood floors.  We are also trained and certified by the IICRC for stone, tile and grout restoration for both homes and businesses.   Our company and employees are bonded and insured.  We have invest a lot of money in state of the art equipment including a dust evacuation unit that provides dustless hardwood floor refinishing.

What does dustless mean?  Dustless means most of the dust is out of your house and contained in a large vacuum unit, preferably outside the home.

How long does it take?  Most times we are in an out of homes in 3-4 days max.  You are back on your floor the next day.

Oil or water???  Depends on what you would like your floors to look like.  There are so many options it would be better to discuss your preference with our professional sales team.
