We are trained to restore your tile and grout.  We are IICRC certified to professionally restore and maintain stone and tile floors.

Replacing a couple of tiles and fixing the grout is a better option than replacing a whole floor.  If you don’t have an original tile, we can make a pattern out of new tiles to replace the broken pieces.  We can work together to come up with a pattern that pleases you.

We can restore your grout to get it back to its original colour. Sometimes however, the stains are too deep, in that case we can colour seal your grout to give you a low maintenance alternative.  Professional sealers are a very durable and great looking product.

What equipment do we use?

Our state of the art equipment gets the floors done quickly.   We use a turbo washer, a floor scrubber and plain old elbow grease to get the floors quickly cleaned and ready to use.  We only use cleaning products and follow proper procedures to ensure that the products are used as per manufacturers recommendation.  This is paramount to your safety.  We also provide WHMIS information.

What does sealing do?

Sealing protects your floors from damage.  Grease, grime, and liquids will all eventually discolour your grout.  The trick is to prevent the damage by placing a sealer on the surface.  That will prevent the stain from beings absorbed into the grout, thus making it easier to wipe up.

What is Colour Sealing?

Colour sealing tile and grout is a relatively new process where after you do a thorough cleaning, you can change the colour of the grout lines and seal them.  We use a non-toxic, highly durable product that gives you a different color for the grout in that room.  The product also contains a mildewcide to ensures that your grout remains in great shape for a long time.
